As the new school year approaches, we anticipate increased demand for placements. To ensure the best match between students and host families, we kindly request you to update your room availability details.

• If you currently have no vacant rooms but expect availability soon, kindly update the ‘Available soon’ section with the expected availability date.
• If you currently have no vacancy or foresee any soon, we would greatly appreciate it if you could still complete the form.
  

Additionally, the online form allows you to update your compliance status for the Working With Children Check (WWCC) and RRHAN-EC training. As previously shared, completing the RRHAN-EC online course will become mandatory from 1 January 2025, similar to the WWCC.

If you haven’t completed this course yet, please ensure it is done by 27 December 2024.
